Terms & Conditions for weddings in the UK (2024/ 2025)

  • All bridal bookings require a 25% deposit of the total cost of the booking to secure your date

  • No wedding date is secured until such deposit and booking form confirmation is received by me

  • On receipt of the deposit payment your date is locked at the price quoted, receipt and confirmation will be sent to the email you’ve provided

  • Deposit is non refundable (Some exceptions)

  • If after the trial, you are unhappy with my services the deposit will be released subject to written notice sent to bridalbylau@gmail.com within 48hrs.

  • If your wedding date is booked with less than 90 days notice your deposit isn’t refundable

  • Following booking confirmation, you will be sent a deposit invoice. This will be required to be paid within 48hrs or the date could be lost

  • Remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding date. This will be invoiced in advance to email provided

  • Additional stylist or I will travel 30mins from Basingstoke free of charge any further than that then an additional charge of £35 will be added

  • If the booking is cancelled within 90 days of the wedding day then 50% of the total booking would need to be made (Deposit would be included in total)

  • If the booking is cancelled outside of the 90 days, only the deposit will be kept. This needs to be done on email to – bridalbylau@gmail.com

  • If the wedding date is pushed back/changed then subject to me being available, we will accommodate. In the likelihood I am booked than the deposit fee will be lost.

  • Please note failure to pay in the guided times, could lead to no services on your wedding day and possible small claims court action

  • If on your wedding day stylist or myself is taken unwell we will do upmost to find replacement cover if we are unable to then a full repayment of the total booking will be made

  • If there was to be a COVID-19/Pandemic outbreak I will do my best to reschedule your date at no extra charge. If we are unable to find a mutual date we will revert to the over and under 90 days notice guidelines above

  • I take your privacy very seriously and never sell or share personal information

  • I regularly share photos/images for promotional activity on Instagram, Hitched and Facebook. If you would like to opt out of this please advise Laura at your trial.
